Chartwell is home to two natural wetlands, the Klein Jukskei River, many indigionus trees and animals, which all make chartwell a beautiful place to live. The CCE Environmental portfolio aims to protect all these beautiful natural resources in our area. Chartwell Country Estates Legal and Area development portfolio aims to engage constructively with all landowners, residence, businesses, tenants and developers, in and around the area. With all the current developments in and around Chartwell, through these engagements we aim to achieve a favorable result for all parties.
ESTATE MANAGEMENT
In conjunction with our appointed landscaping company, the CCE Estate management portfolio maintains the current and establishes new gardens and verges around Chartwell tokeep our area looking great. We ask that residents please remember to give some water to the trees on your verges and pick up any litter.
