I’m Melonie Fick a wife and mother to a 16 year old son and 14 year old daughter. I’ve lived in Chartwell for almost 12 years with my family, boerboel dog, Alpine Milk goats and our chickens. I love that Chartwell is the Countryside right on the doorstep of the City. We have the peace and tranquillity of farm life and five minutes away we have the hustle and bustle of city life. I love to run in the streets of Chartwell and that we have a quiet neighbourhood to exercise in. My portfolio on the CCE Board is that of Finance and I’ll get involved in the communication portfolio as well this year. I hope to encourage greater community interest and participation in CCE so that we can Develop and grow a family orientated community. I will drive for us to support security initiatives and initiatives that preserve our Country Lifestyle as well as our property values. Thank you for trusting me to represent you on the CCE Board.
